Test Lab Engineer / Project Leader
· Prepare a Technical Proposal in response to RFP
· Generate an Engineering Cost Estimate in response to RFQ
· Generate an informal Statement of Work (SOW) for fixture designer
· Design and Analyze hydraulic system for various projects
· Prepare conceptual design scheme of test fixtures for various tests
· Prepare Qualification Test Plan, Procedure and Reports
· Prepare Development Test Plan, Procedure and Reports
· Generate purchase equipment specification
· Generate plan, organize team members and lead assigned projects
· Coordinate purchasing of test equipment and instrumentation in order to obtain the best possible price
· Raise Purchase Requisition and liaise the issuance of Purchase Order
· Coordinate test related effort being done outside the Test Lab and raise the necessary documentation such as : EWO, EIR, etc.
· Assist in setting up various tests
· Follow the Health and Safety Regulations
· Perform other duties as assigned

a) Development Test

c) Endurance Test
d) Strength Test
· Perform Environmental Test and analyze test data on Landing Gear components and Flight Control Assemblies in accordance with applicable MIL-STD, SAE-ARP and RTCA-DO 160 such as:
a) Vibration Test
b) Shock Test
c) Acceleration Test
d) Sand & Dust Test
e) Humidity Test
f) Altitude Test
g) Fluid Immersion Test
h) Explosion Test
i) Fungus Resistance Test
j) Water Proofness
k) Extreme Temperature (High/Low) Test
l) Magnetic Effect
m) Power Input
n) Voltage Spike
o) Audio Frequency Conducted Susceptibility
p) Induced Signal Susceptibility
q) Radio Frequency Susceptibility
r) Emission of Radio Frequency Energy
s) Lightning Induced Transient Susceptibility
t) Direct Lightning Effect
