Testing Lab in California seeks Materials Testing Division Manager to oversee department of 20 people. Other duties include: Develop and maintain a profitable division. Oversee preparation of monthly invoices. Maintain Safe working environment. Prepare proposals and negotiations with clients to obtain contracts. Supervise and dispatch staff. Skills:
Registered CIvil Engineer of California (or be able to obtain within 3-6 months of hire)is a must. CWI, ICBO or any other QC certifications are a plus.
