Business Development Manager - Utilities - Florida

Applied Technical Services Inc. Summary: The Business Development Manager will work with our managers to identify and develop new client sales by providing a realistic picture of value that can be realized from professional inspections throughout Florida. An experienced background in NDT utilities sales required.


- Develop new accounts by identifying potential NDT clients and organizing sales calls
- Identify client requirements by establishing relationships with potential NDT clients
- Prepare proposals based on discussions with clients, reviewing customer documents, and consulting with inspection managers
- Gain client proposal acceptance by communicating cost and operational benefits associated with using ATS inspection services
- Manage leads through our CRM system
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge and applicable certifications
- Considerable knowledge of Risk Based Inspections
- Sales or Business Development experience
- Industrial inspection, operations, or maintenance experience

Minimum Requirements:

- Experienced background in NDT utilities sales required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a growing environment
- Ability to travel as required
- Solid sales background
- Experience developing sales strategies and developing new business
- Candidates will be drug-free and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Education: Associateˇ¦s Degree or Business Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
