Position Functions/Responsibilities:
Provide direction for quality, NDT and safety in areas of quality, safety, security and employee accountability. Promote health and safety, develop customer service, develop annual operating budgets, determine and provide development for employees. Direct and lead quality teams consisting of quality engineers, technicians, NDT personnel and safety and security, develop and implement corrective actions, motivate and develop work teams, and promote safety and quality in work areas.
Must be U.S. Citizen.

Experience in total direction and management of quality and NDT
Basic computer skills in word, excel, power point and access
Requires excellent problem solving decision making skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of operating procedure and quality disciplines
Budget management and manpower planning experience
Ability to interface with all levels of management and the customer on manufacturing issue
Education:
BS preferred and/or 10 years experience in quality leadership/management
