The Senior Project Manager is responsible for defining and implementing work processes, procedures and guidelines related to PCMS Software (Plant Condition Management System) based on best practices and client requirements. The Senior Project Manager designs implements quality management processes to ensure that projects are of the highest quality, delivered on time, requirements met, and customer satisfaction is achieved. The Senior Project Manager will oversee implementation projects performed by the individual or a team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

Define and implement project management work processes, procedures, and guidelines
Design and implement PCMS quality assurance processes
Guide application integration projects to platforms such as SAP, Maximo, PI, and Honeywell
Interface directly with the client on project planning and execution
Work directly with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define and build project parameters
Track project through full lifecycle and keep clients informed of progress and address blockers
Senior Project Manager:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software systems within an industrial setting
Knowledge of Mechanical Documentation and Inspection Documentation
College degree preferred with Project Management certification (PMP, CPM, MPM, PPM, etc.)
At least 5 years of database experience preferred
At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and Access
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Organized individual with ability to multi-task
PCMS Project Manager, the following experience is preferred, but not required:

Preferred experience with commercial Asset Performance Management systems (PCMS, PSAIMS, UltraPIPE, Meridium, Capstone, etc.)
Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation a plus
Experience in Oil and Gas Industry a plus
Experience with Refinery or Plant Inspection, or NDT experience a plus
Understanding of technical documentation such as equipment design documents, P&IDs, and inspection isometrics a plus
Engineering or technical degree a plus
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
