The Level II Technician will be performing calibrations, Non-destructive examinations, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions. The Level II Technician will be responsible for setting up and calibrating equipment, able to interpret and evaluate results using applicable codes, standards, and specifications. Level II Technicians shall be familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being utilized and exercise assigned responsibility for on the job training and guidance of assistants and Level I Technicians. Must be able to provide current or prior copies of certifications in methods as well as classroom documentation. 40-hour radiation safety and state card are required. DISA and or DOT background and drug screening.
