Oceaneering is seeking NDT/Rope Access Technicians!

We are looking for the following positions with any of the qualifications below:

1. NDT Level I RT Technician

(Assist Level II Technicians in Radiographic Testing)

- Entry level, 0 to 6 months applicable experience
- Must be able to certify to ASNT-TC-1A Level II
- Must be able to pass Safe Gulf & HUET Water Survival training
- Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC card, valid Passport, Safe Gulf & HUET Water Survival
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

2. NDT Level II RT Technician

(NDT Technician Level II will perform RT industrial inspections
onshore/offshore of piping, pipelines, pressure vessels, and mechanical and structural
components.)

- Minimum two (2) years of documented RT Level II work experience.
- Must be able to certify to ASNT-TC-1A Level II.
- Must have documented RT training per SNT-TC-1A.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC card, valid Passport, Safe Gulf & HUET Water Survival.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

3. NDT Level II UTSW Technician

(Performs UT, MT, PT, VT and other NDT industrial inspections on offshore piping, pressure
vessels, and miscellaneous equipment.)

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Two (2) to Three (3) years’ experience in NDT preferred.
- Safe Gulf & HUET Water Survival certifications desired.
- Certified or be certifiable to Level II UT, MT, PT, VT.
- Have general knowledge of other NDT methods, product manufacturing and inspection technologies
used by the employer.

4. NDT Level I E/C Rope Access Technician

(Inspects offshore structures, vessels and pipelines, and their appurtenances, for conformance to
specifications, using fixed or preset measuring instruments: Travels offshore on vessels and in
aircraft. Examines materials or products for anomalies, damage, or defects, such as cracks,
pits, incomplete welds, holes, dents, excessive corrosion, etc. Examines coating conditions.)

- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Two (2) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and
experience.

5. NDT Level II E/C Rope Access Technician

(Inspects offshore structures, vessels and pipelines, and their appurtenances, for conformance to

aircraft. Examines materials or products for anomalies, damage, or defects, such as cracks, pits,
incomplete welds, holes, dents, excessive corrosion, etc. Examines coating conditions. The Level
II EC Technician position will report to the Logistics Coordinator and will be responsible for
testing the properties of technological systems, components, and materials without causing damage
after training has been completed. The Level II Technicians are required to test and solve
problems with various parts of a machine or piece of equipment while keeping it intact, and they
often work with highly sensitive, very expensive scientific machinery.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level II E/C Technicians (Mechanical Integrity) must have minimum training and experience
requirements to meet ASNT SNT-TC-1A guidelines and qualify by examination in accordance with the
Oceaneering Asset Integrity Written Practice. The candidate must supply documented training and
experience consisting of a minimum of:


* Ultrasonic Thickness Level II:
- Formal Training - 24
- Experience (OJT)- 175

* Radiographer Level II:
- Formal Training - 80 Hours Consisting of Level I and II training Courses
- Experience (OJT) - 840
*In addition, Radiographers must have the pre-requisite state approved 40 Hour Radiation
Safety Course




Evident Ultrasonic Inspection Equipment
