JOB SUMMARY

Corporate Level III / Quality Manager:

Arctic Testing & Inspection is looking for a Corporate ASNT Level III / Quality Manager to lead its quality program. The role is a full-time, salaried position at our La Porte, TX office. Arctic Testing services the Petrochemical market. We are seeking a candidate familiar with that market. Arctic is also looking for a candidate with a strong background in advanced services.
Skills:
Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain Quality Management System (QMS)
Maintain Approved Vendors List
Review, approve, publish documents within document control.
Perform audits on Quality Systems
Interact with customers on Quality issues.
Answer customer nonconformances
Track customer satisfaction
Maintain records of NDT Technicians certifications
Administer / arrange training for company.
Establish company Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Maintain equipment calibrations and inventory lists.
Oversee Quality orientation of new staff.
Oversee and participate in the investigation of corrective actions including root cause analysis and reporting.
Hold external level III certifications (ASNT) in at least 3 methods (MT, PT, UT, RT, ET, VT).
Responsible for NDT certification program
Responsible for NDT training of technicians
Write / maintain certification exams.
Write / approve NDT procedures.
Approve NDT written practice.
Review of candidates NDT qualifications for certification
Act as subject matter expert in methods certified for
