Canyon State Inspection is seeking a ICC Special Inspector to join our team in Tucson, AZ.
***Must be located in the United States. Local Arizona applicants are preferred***
Qualifications:
Minimum requirements: ICC Certification Structural bolting, welding S1, S2.
CWI certification, NDT experience or qualifications, Ultrasonic Level II a plus.
Must possess a valid Drivers License
Due to the safety and/or security sensitive nature of this classification, individuals shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing as required.
Must be able to reliably commute to Tucson, AZ. 85713

Inspector will provide clients with detailed inspections of structures throughout Arizona.
Must be able to climb ladders/ stairs and the ability to walk large project sites as required.
The inspector will work independently in the field and is responsible for decisions requiring discretion, judgment, and familiarity with a variety of codes and ordinances.
We are looking for someone who can inspect various structures, have accurate record keeping, report writing, and good communication skills with engineers, contractors and managers.
***All applicants will be required to pass a federal background check and drug screening.***
