NVI, LLC is seeking a dedicated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting new role with significant advancement opportunities within our Human Resources Department.

NVI, LLC is a privately owned Louisiana based organization that is an industry leader within the nondestructive testing and post weld heat treatment industry that employs nearly five hundred full time positions across the United States. This position will assist NVI with continued long-term employee growth to support our clients nationally.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s occupational responsibilities are the following, but may not be limited to:

Consult with Hiring Managers to implement talent acquisition needs and incorporate specific hiring objectives.

Lead the Company’s recruiting program by attending career fairs, maintaining career websites and online job boards and marketing the organization’s brand at NDT Technical Colleges.

Utilize your discretionary judgement to recruit and acquire personnel while adhering to NVI’s hiring practices and policies.

Utilize the Company’s talent acquisition software to publish requisitions, contact candidates for employment process purposes, setup interviews, conduct reference checks and create and send employment agreements.

Strategically utilize various job board networks such as Indeed, LinkedIn, State Workforce sites, Industry Worksites, and local college and high school job boards to market the organization’s brand to attract quality talent.

Work closely with the Marketing Department to design recruitment material and branding opportunities to assist the organization with recruiting top talent.

Assist with onboarding personnel in accordance with NVI’s expectations.

Any other responsibilities necessary by the Human Resources Department.

Skills:
Required Qualification(s)

High School Diploma, G.E.D.

Valid U.S. driver’s license and able to pass an MVR evaluation.

Valid TWIC TSA background identification card.

Able to pass Drug/Alcohol policies/procedures.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

Previous experience in a talent acquisition role within the Nondestructive Testing Industry.

Undergraduate degree from an accredited university,
