About the Opportunity:
Crestone NDT is seeking motivated, career-focused individuals to join our team and grow within the non-destructive testing (NDT) field. While our primary need is for a Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) technician, we are also interested in candidates with experience in Ultrasonic Shear Wave (UTSW) or robotic inspection systems.

• A UT Level II seeking to transition into advanced techniques like PAUT,

• Path 1: Formal PAUT training and looking to gain experience
• Path 2: UT Level II technician ready to transition into PAUT
• Path 3: UTSW experience and interested in cross-training into PAUT
• Path 4: Robotic inspection experience (crawlers, automated scanners, etc.) with basic UT knowledge and desire to expand
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mentality
• Must be able to work in refinery environments and meet site safety requirements
