Senior Program Manager – NDT Level III (RT)

National Inspection & Consultants (NIC), an Element Materials Technology Company, is seeking an experienced ASNT Level III Radiographic Testing (RT) professional to lead our Radiography Department across both lab and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve radiographic inspection reports
• Supervise and mentor NDT Level II technicians
• Oversee project schedules, resources, and compliance requirements
• Manage RT rig utilization and field operations
• Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular site visits
• Ensure adherence to RT program standards and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
• ASNT Level III in RT (required)
• Experience in regulated industries (aerospace, oil & gas, manufacturing)
• Strong technical reporting and communication skills
• Proficiency with program management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
