Acuren Inspection is currently seeking qualified Level II UT Techs to support our operation in California.

We are currently seeking local candidates based in Torrance, California or the surrounding area. While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, local availability is preferred due to the nature of this role.

REQUIREMENTS:
Certified Level II UT required
Certified Level I GUL a plus
Guided Waves experience a plus
Additional level II certifications in MT,PT,UTT,VT,RT a plus (any combination)
Basic understanding of wave propagation and pipe inspection
Training on specific GUL equipment (e.g., collars and transducers)
Supervised practical experience (on-the-job training hours)
Passing a written and practical exam
Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
Knowledge of NDT equipment
Experience in report writing
TWIC card preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Some college preferred
