Desired Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical school, NDT training, or prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Previous experience in industrial radiography or nondestructive testing is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Understanding of basic mechanical and technical concepts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn advanced imaging technologies and inspection techniques
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules when required
Preferred Experience
• Industrial Radiography Level I or Level II certification
• Experience with aerospace or defense inspection requirements
• Familiarity with NAS-410, ASTM, or customer-specific specifications
• Experience operating CR, DR, or CT systems
• Radiation safety training or state card
