We are currently seeking local candidates based in Longview, TX or surrounding area. While we welcome applications from all qualified individuals, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role.
The API Inspector conducts visual examinations independently and evaluates materials, welds, and components for conformity with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. Skills:
Certification of American Petroleum Institute Standards 510/570/653
6 years’ experience or 4+ years on site experience
Additional NACE II AND/OR CWI a plus
In-depth working knowledge of API 510/570 and ASME standards
Experience working in direct support of petrochemical facility engineers
Based in Longview, TX or within a 50 mile radius
