We are currently expanding our NDT Field Service team and are hiring across multiple seniority levels: Associate, Specialist, and Expert.

Join INETEC, a high-tech company with over 35 years of experience in developing advanced robotic systems, instruments, software, and probes for the nuclear industry.

Our Field Service team operates globally, performing inspections in nuclear power plants and ensuring their safe and reliable operation.

In this role, you will work in international environments, typically spending 15-25 days on-site per inspection, using advanced robotic systems and NDT techniques to assess critical components.

When not assigned to field projects, you will be based at our offices in Donji Stupnik (Zagreb area), Croatia, working on-site with your team on preparation activities, equipment maintenance, documentation, supporting R&D activities and further development of inspection techniques.

Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities will include:
• Performing NDT inspections and field service activities on nuclear power plant components.
• Preparing and executing inspection procedures in accordance with relevant standards.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of NDT techniques, equipment, and procedures.
• Preparing technical documentation, reports, and inspection studies.
• Assembling, maintaining, and preparing equipment and robotic systems for deployment.
• Supporting R&D and Production in the development and testing of new technologies.
• Leading inspection activities and projects (for senior candidates).
• Managing client communication and maintaining strong professional relationships (for senior candidates).
• Tracking and implementing technological advancements in NDT.

Skills:
• Degree in a technical field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• NDT certification (Level I/II/III) in one or more methods (UT, ET, RT, MT, PT or similar), depending on experience level.
• Experience in field service, industrial inspection, or related environments (not required for Associate level).
• Knowledge of relevant standards (ASME, EN, ISO) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with testing equipment, robotics, and inspection tools (depending on seniority).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and responsible approach to work.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in demanding field conditions.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.

• Associate: strong motivation to learn and develop in NDT field
• Specialist: solid hands-on experience and ability to independently conduct inspections
• Expert: advanced technical expertise, leadership experience, and ability to manage complex projects and mentor others
