Acuren is seeking certified AWS/CWI professionals to support our operations based in Torrance, California. We are looking for motivated, results-driven individuals who can quickly integrate into ongoing projects and support travel-based assignments throughout Torrance, CA, San Diego, CA, and Los Angeles, CA.



The CWI will establish inspection procedures, oversee quality systems, and ensure compliance with corporate and client requirements across multiple projects. AWS/CWI inspectors provide expert consultation, perform audits, mentor inspection personnel, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This level reflects the highest technical and leadership proficiency, emphasizing strategic quality assurance and technical integrity within inspection operations.

CWI certified required
6 years’ CWI experience or 4+ years on site experience
Additional API 510/570/653/NACE a preferred
In-depth working knowledge of API 510/5706/653 and ASME standards
Experience working in direct support of petrochemical facility engineers
Local to Torrance, California, San Diego, CA, and Los Angeles, CA or within a 45 mile radius from the areas.
Able to travel 50%+
