Job Description/Duties:

•Perform welding inspections in accordance with piping and structural code requirements.
•Collaborate with customer representatives.
•Support and implement corporate quality programs.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
•Conduct inspections of mechanical equipment installations including piping and hydrostatic testing.
•Maintain and repair process piping systems.
•Read/Interpret P&ID’s and isometric drawings.
•Remove/Replace rotating equipment and bolting up piping systems.
•Identify/Document non-conformances and assist in resolution efforts.
•Verify materials, procedures, and workmanship.
•Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory codes.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

•AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
•API 570 Inspector.
•Familiar with ASME codes of construction, NBIC Part 3 for BPV Repairs, and Qualifications of Welders.
•Pass a background check and drug screening.
•High School diploma or GED.
