Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales & Operational Support Specialist to join our Nondestructive Testing (NDT) services team. This role is responsible for supporting sales and operations by preparing quotations, responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs), estimating NDT service projects, maintaining customer relationships, and providing support to ensure efficient project execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nondestructive testing and a working knowledge of NDT methods, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Respond to customer Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for NDT inspection services based on customer specifications, drawings, codes, and project requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and outstanding opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Respond to supplier surveys, customer questionnaires, and vendor requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales activities.
• Work closely with the team to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in resolving service-related issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills:
Required Qualifications
• Working knowledge of common NDT methods, including UT, MT, PT, RT, VT, ET.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
• ASNT Level II or Level III in one or more NDT methods is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in estimating, or operations support.
• Knowledge of industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, or construction.
