About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) Technician Level 2 to manage and run our NDE Department. In this role, you will work directly under the QA Manager Team, collaborating closely with engineers, QC teams, the plant manager, and floor departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Department Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the NDE department.
• Testing Operations: Set up and run a large fluorescent magnetic bench safely without burning parts.
• Equipment Maintenance: Manage NDE consumables and change out processing tanks at scheduled intervals.
• Material Handling: Operate an overhead crane (or show a willingness to learn).
• Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel data sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Compliance: Understand and follow strict technical procedures, industry standards, and FAA regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Function as a reliable team player across multiple departments.

Skills:
Qualifications & Requirements
• Certifications: Must be certified Level 2 in Magnetic Particle (wet fluorescent and dry powder) and Liquid Dye Penetrant (water-washable fluorescent).
• Technical Aptitude: Experience with aerospace or FAA-regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production goals.
