National Inspection & Consultants (NIC), an Element Company, is seeking experienced NDT Level II RT Technicians and Level II Phased Array (PAUT) Technicians to support NAVSEA projects along the East Coast. These are excellent opportunities for qualified NDT professionals looking for long-term project work supporting major shipbuilding and defense programs.
Qualifications – Level II RT
- Current ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II RT certification
- Experience in shipbuilding, heavy fabrication, or industrial environments
- Experience performing weld radiography
- Familiarity with NAVSEA requirements and military specifications preferred
- Must have complete and verifiable training and OJT documentation
- Ability to pass client and corporate QA documentation review
Qualifications – Level II Phased Array
- Current ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II UT/PAUT certification
- Strong Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) experience
- Encoded PAUT experience strongly preferred
- Experience performing weld inspections using encoded scanning systems
- Shipbuilding, naval, or military inspection experience preferred
- Familiarity with NAVSEA requirements and military specifications is a plus
- Complete and verifiable training and OJT documentation required
Candidates with experience supporting NAVSEA, U.S. Navy, shipyards, defense contractors, or military specifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements associated with this project, applicants must be U.S. Citizens to be considered for these positions.
