Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and certified NDT Technician specializing in Digital X-Ray (DR/CR) to join our team in Clarkston, GA. In this role, you will perform high-integrity non-destructive testing on critical components, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, a meticulous eye for detail, and hands-on experience with advanced digital radiography equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality Digital X-Ray (DR/CR) inspections in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specific client procedures.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced NDT digital X-ray equipment and imaging systems.
• Evaluate, interpret, and document test results and radiographs to identify internal discontinuities or structural defects.
• Maintain comprehensive inspection logs, data files, and reports with high precision.
• Ensure all safety protocols, radiation safety guidelines, and compliance standards are strictly followed during operations.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to report findings and support problem-solving initiatives.

• Equipment Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency working with advanced NDT digital radiography equipment and software.
• Certification: Must hold a valid certification in Digital X-Ray in strict accordance with the NAS-410 (latest edition) standard.
• Compliance: Must successfully pass a comprehensive state background check.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent technical documentation skills, and the ability to work independently during the afternoon/evening shift.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on NDT experience specifically utilizing Digital X-Ray methods.
