Acuren Inspection is looking for Full Time Rope Access Technicians to support our operations in Tulsa, OK. Preference will be given to candidates with an NDT or mechanical trades background.
LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking local candidates based in Tulsa, OK or surrounding area (within approximately a 30-mile radius. While we welcome applications from all qualified individuals, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role. Call-out work requires employees to depart from the Tulsa shop and travel to job sites on short notice.
The Rope Access technicians are responsible for managing the safety of crews engaged in rope access activities, to organize work functions specific to rope access jobs, and to supervise crews engaged in performing a broad range of technical and/or industrial services at heights. The role ensures individual and organizational compliance with IRATA standards and regulations to ensure the safe and effective performance of work.

Skills:
IRATA Level 3 Certification required
A thorough understanding of applicable rope access applications, and comprehensive knowledge of theory, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and hauling and advanced rescue techniques
A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician working within a variety of industrial environments.
Current first aid certification
A valid drivers' license is preferred
Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
Ability to work productively in a variety of adverse conditions
