🔥 HIGH-PROFILE CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT | TONS OF OVERTIME 🔥
National Inspection & Consultants (NIC) / an Element Company is seeking experienced NDT Eddy Current Level II Technicians for a high-profile aerospace contract assignment in Northern Alabama.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified NAS-410 Eddy Current Level II Technicians looking for a short-term assignment with heavy overtime and a 7/12 schedule.

Location: Northern Alabama
Start Date: First Week of November 2026
Duration: 5–6 Weeks
Schedule: 7/12s — 84 Hours Per Week
Overtime: TONS OF OVERTIME AVAILABLE!
Contract: Aerospace / NDT Inspection
🔎 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Eddy Current inspections on aerospace structures and components, including:
- OML & IML structures
(Outer Mold Line / Inner Mold Line)
- Orthogrid components
- Threaded and pre-drilled holes
- Friction Stir Welds (FSW)
- Detection and characterization of corrosion pitting on aerospace structures
- Interpretation and evaluation of Eddy Current indications
- Accurate documentation and reporting of inspection results
- Perform inspections in accordance with applicable aerospace procedures and NAS-410 requirements
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Current NAS-410 Level II Eddy Current (ET) certification
- Strong hands-on experience performing Eddy Current inspections
- Aerospace NDT experience strongly preferred
- Experience inspecting aerospace structures and/or components
- Experience with OML/IML structures, holes, friction stir welds, and corrosion detection preferred
- Ability to work 7/12s for the duration of the assignment
- Must be able to meet all applicable site and project requirements
