Structural Integrity Associates (SIA), part of SI Solutions, is seeking experienced PAUT Level II and Level III NDT Examiners to support fossil and combined cycle power generation facilities nationwide.
This is a full-time, field-based position supporting planned outages, scheduled maintenance, and inspection projects throughout the year. We are looking for experienced professionals who can work independently, deliver high-quality inspections, and support our customers across the power generation industry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) on power generation equipment and components.
- Conduct inspections of turbine rotors and components, boiler tubes, piping systems, HRSG equipment, pressure vessels, and weldments.
- Independently set up, calibrate, perform, interpret, and document PAUT inspections.
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and communicate findings to project teams.
- Follow applicable inspection procedures, industry codes, and safety requirements.
- Travel nationwide to support outage and scheduled maintenance projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Current UT Level II or Level III certification with documented PAUT experience
- Hands-on experience performing and interpreting phased array ultrasonic inspections
- Field experience in fossil or combined cycle power generation facilities or other heavy industrial environments
- Ability to independently set up, calibrate, perform, interpret, and document PAUT inspections
- Strong technical reporting and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience inspecting turbine rotors, boiler components, HRSG systems, piping, and pressure vessels
- Additional NDT certifications, including MT, PT, or VT
- Previous experience supporting power generation outages and scheduled maintenance projects
- Current UT Level II or Level III certification with documented PAUT experience
