National Inspection & Consultants (NIC), an Element Company, is seeking an experienced Level II Computed Radiography (CR) / Radiographic Testing (RT) Technician for a 5+ month assignment in WA.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform and evaluate industrial radiography examinations on aerospace structures and weldments.
2. Perform radiography on tubing welds in accordance with AWS D17.1.
3. Operate as a standalone radiography team, with potential responsibilities for image interpretation.
Required Qualifications:
1. Level II CR/RT qualifications.
2. Experience operating a Lorad 160 and VMI CR Scanner.
3. Experience shooting tubing welds in accordance with AWS D17.1.
4. Valid IRRSP X-Ray Endorsement.
5. Ability to work independently as a standalone team.
