Professional Engineer (Materials or Metallurgical) with an extensive failure analysis and corossion analysis experience, to bulid and manage a modern materials engineering service and laboratory, supporting the oil & gas and other relevant industries in Alaska. This is a new position within our clients organization. The successful candidate will identify new technologies or services that our client should investigate. Must be able to work closely with their management and engineering team ( people skills ). Must beable to recruit, hire and train engineers and technologists to provide the service as needed. Our client has secured a solid base of NDT work in Alaska.
