Applied Technical Services, LLC. Summary: ATS is seeking a Field Test Engineer -NDT for a fulltime opportunity in Charlotte, NC facility. Candidates must be local to the Charlotte area or be willing to relocate. NDT field and/or API experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

 Generate design drawings and specifications for engineers review
 Generate certification reports for engineer’s review

Requirements:

 Proficient with AutoCAD, Compress, and Microsoft Suite
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
 Strong mechanical aptitude
 Willingness to work in the field at customer sites
 Proficient in MS Office
 Be team oriented and have a positive attitude
 Strong oral and written communications skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of customer representatives
 Good organizational and project management skills
 Ability and willingness to work near roof edges with proper fall protection
 Strong safety awareness
 Formal engineering training/certifications in a similar field is a plus.
