High Temperature Phased Array Inspection Solution from Eclipse

The ESTempMaster product line is a high temperature phased array inspection
solution package. Designed to address the requirements of elevated
temperature corrosion and weld inspections, these solution packages are
targeted at the reduction or elimination of shutdown times in production
environments.
The packages include wedges fabricated from heat resistant material, and a
pumping system for coolant and couplant, while a fire retardant umbical
protects the cabling: a high temperature encoder is also available. Eclipse
Scientific offers two different temperature range packages: the Gold Series
designed to operate up to 150°C (302°F), and the Black Series for more extreme
temperatures of up to 350°C (662°F).
Both TempMaster Solution packages can be purchased with an automated
ultrasonic scanner specifically designed to operate at elevated temperatures up
to 370°C (698°F). This motorized scanner enables the operator to spend
minimum time in direct contact with components at elevated temperatures,
increasing both safety and scan quality/repeatability.
