Air Test and Evaluation Squadron THREE ONE (VX-31), China Lake CA, 2002 – Present

Effectively managed and coordinated the work load of 11 military and 8 civilian contractor work centers with an annual budget of 18 million dollars. Coordinated a demanding workload of, on average 2900 items weekly, ensuring timely repair, inspection and calibration. Reduced average workload of production division by 30 percent in a 4 month time period saving 1500 dollars weekly in contractor overtime pay and improved turn around time.
Qualified as Quality Assurance Inspector (QAR) for AIMD division, W/C 51E (Aircraft Tire and Wheel), 530 (NDT) and special projects. Managed Non-Destructive (NDT), Corrosion Control, Hydraulic Contamination, Aeronautical Welding and Tire and Wheel safety programs.
Trained and mentored newly qualified NDT level 1 technicians on the inspections associated with the FA-18 A-F models, AV-8B, EA-6B, T-39, AH-1 and UH-1 aircraft.
