August 2003 – April 2004 Performed duties of the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer for Marine Air Group 42(MAG)/ Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 42 Detachment B. Coordinated all technical training with Naval Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Detachment Norfolk for assigned Marine Corps reservist.

March 2000 – August 2000 Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of work center 51F (Rotor Blade Repair) from March 2000 to August 2000. Directly responsible for; coordinating and delegating all maintenance, in-shop safety programs, collateral duties, training and counseling 4 junior Marines in the work center.
