August 2003 – April 2004 Performed duties of the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer for Marine Air Group 42(MAG)/ Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 42 Detachment B. Coordinated all technical training with Naval Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Detachment Norfolk for assigned Marine Corps reservist.
August 2002 – May 2003 Performed duties as production manager for two work centers while deployed with the 24th Marine Expeditionary unit in support of operation Enduring Freedom and operation Iraqi Freedom.

March 2000 – August 2000 Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of work center 51F (Rotor Blade Repair) from March 2000 to August 2000. Directly responsible for; coordinating and delegating all maintenance, in-shop safety programs, collateral duties, training and counseling 4 junior Marines in the work center.
