Non-Destructive Inspection Technician September 2006-Present
• Perform MT, PT, RT, ET, UT NDI on various Aviation platforms and related support equipment i.e.: EA-6B Prowler, E2-C2 Hawkeye, F/A-18 Hornet/Super Hornet, C-130 Hercules, F-16 Falcon, H-1 Iroquois (Huey), H-60 Blackhawk. Have work record to verify hours performed in each discipline. Equipment I use; Magnetic yoke, Magnaflux 6000Amp Magnetic bench, Magnaflux Penetrant bench (Lipophilic). (Olimpus) Nortec 2000D+ Eddy current machine. Hockings stand alone unit for conductivity testing. KrautKramers USN52 UT Machine. Lorad LPX-160 tube head for Radiography.
• NDI Lab Supervisor: Supervise the day-to-day NDI Requirements workload.
• Radiation Safety Officer: Managed and trained 22 employees to be Radiation workers while performing x-rays. Also provided the medical, fire, and security department with familiarization training.


Airframe/Hydraulic Technician May 2000-May 2005
• Airframes Supervisor: Airframes Lead night shift supervisor. Supervised and managed eight personnel in the day-to-day routine, special and phase maintenance of squadron’s aircraft. Served as airframes flight deck trouble shooter for over two years. I was the shops “go to guy” on work ups, deployments, and “on the run” situations. Removed eight EA-6B outboard wings for high time in the Persian gulf on-board Aircraft carrier.
• Line maintenance supervisor: Supervised and managed twelve personnel and four aircraft to meet flight schedule on and off deployment. Performed over 800 launches and recoveries with 100% Sortie completion rate and 0 mishaps. Lead three teams in the removal and installation a fuel cells( mid, aft , outer wings).

Military Achievements
• Performed time critical AYB-1249 on 25 transient aircraft in less than two week directly contributing to the return of aircraft to full mission capable status and reductions in unnecessary down time.
• NDT workload turnaround time averaged less than 25 hours per inspection with only two technicians for the entire base’s NDT requirements. Single-handedly inspected and certified over1000 individual components. Confidently managed 2,021 inspections on a diverse array in support of various aircraft platforms
• During the command inspection by NAVSEADETRASO, I as the RSO passed the inspection with a 99% satisfactory rating for the Radiological Safety Program.
