Mr. Randleman has over 20 years of experience as a QA/QC/NDT/CWI inspector. He provides structural steel, welding, high strength bolting, structural masonry, fireproofing, fire stopping, and reinforced concrete special inspections, as well as field and laboratory inspections and construction materials testing for municipalities, utilities, commercial, industrial, public, and private facilities. He is familiar with and has performed work to the following codes: AWS, AISC, ICC, API, ASME, ACI, ASNT, NFPA, OSHA, NRC, ASNT, WWA, ANSI, and SSPC.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2008-2010, Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Kansas City, MO (600 million dollar project). On site Lead Structural Special Inspector (authority having jurisdiction) and owners QA/QC inspector of structural steel, masonry, reinforced concrete, spray applied and intumescent fireproofing. Supervised assistant inspectors and directly performed fabrication shop inspections as owners representative to verify MTR certifications, welding procedures, welding certifications, review vendors QA/QC manuals, coating surface prep and thickness testing. Prepared daily computer generated reports, complete with discrepancy lists and photos, for direct distribution to all parties.
2007-2008, KCPL 875mw coal fired power plant-Weston, MO.(2.5 billion dollar project)QA/QC Special Inspector. Performed structural steel, bolting, welding, piping, masonry, fireproofing, coatings, jeep testing, witnessed hydro testing, pump alignments, heat treatment, main steam piping, reinforced concrete, QA over site of owners testing lab, railroad bridge, collector well, cooling tower, tank inspections.
2006-2007 Lucas Oil Stadium-Indianapolis, Home of the Indianapolis Colts, Certified Welding Inspector/Level 2 NDT Technician, high strength bolted connections, structural steel,and paint inspections at Schuff Steel in Ottawa, KS.
