January 2005- Current Maintenance & Inspection SVC, INC Morganton, NC/ Norfolk, VA

2005 - 2006 NDT LV I Eddy Current Technician
Performed BOP Eddy Current inspections of heat exchangers in Nuclear and Fossil
Fuel power plants. I still currently hold this certification with MIS and perform this inspection
when requested for the US Navy.

2006 - 2008 Mentor Protégé Program Support
Helped oversee MP Program between MIS and QED Systems. I was MIS’s designated
representative to be mentored by QED in all aspects of government contracting to include
contracts, estimating, purchasing, QA, and program management to name a few. Then responsible
for ensuring that MIS created a compliant inter-structure in order to provide their services to
the government. Also during this time period I was responsible getting approved on customer
approved vendor lists.

2007 - Current NDT LV II UTT, VT, PT, MT, and UT-Silver Braze
Performed numerous inspections in various industries to include Petro-Chem, Power, and Shipbuilding to name a few. However majority of this experience is work with the US Navy,
MSC, ABS, Shipyards, and other IDIQ/AIT contractors, I have all the documented training and
experience hours IAW the NST-TC-1A.

2008-2010 Program Manager Assistant (on contract with QED)
Oversaw the HFC Conversion and Shipalt program for QED systems. I was responsible
for material ordering, kitting of material, and representing QED to NSWC for all aspects of
program management and support. Also assisted in developing the AC alteration for the PC Class
ships and oversaw all of the PC’s in Bahrain conversions.

2010 – 2012 Director of Engineering and Technical Services Norfolk
Increased the number of employees from one inspector (me) and one machinist to now having
ten certified inspectors LV-II to LV-III, machinist, QA Manager, and Production Supervisor not
including myself here in Norfolk. Also secured the work and customer base to be able to
sustain and maintain this growth. Estimated all work for this area and numerous overseas jobs
in which we won and performed. Wrote and managed 7 companies weld programs which have
been approved by NSSA and 3 that have been submitted to NAVSEA have been approved.
Preformed inspections when during the growth when the workload exceeded the work force.
Projects involved in will be provided if requested.

2012 – current Corporate Director of Business Development
Responsible for bringing in all new business for all offices CA, VA, NC, and PA Commercial and
Government. Successfully was able to get MIS invited to join numerous Nuclear Power
Operating Companies supplier portals and invites to bid on work.
