Education
Associates Degree in Applied Science of NDT @ Southeast Community College in
Milford, NE.
Classroom training and lab hours in six primary NDT methods:
• Contact and indirect visual inspection
• Visible and fluorescent penetrant inspection
• Wet and dry magnetic particle inspection
• Contact and immersion ultrasonic inspection
• X-ray and gamma source radiographic inspection
• Aircraft and tubing eddy current inspection
Experience
I graduated from SCC in December of 2008.
JANUARY 2009
I accepted a RT/PT position at Parker Aerospace in Fort Worth, TX.
My experience gained during employment include:
• NAS 410 Certified Level 2 Radiographer: I have experience utilizing a Fuji
computed radiography system as well as conventional film.
• NAS 410 Certified Level 2 Liquid Penetrant: Most of my experience is with a
fluorescent water wash system.
• Experience utilizing borescope, thickness gauging system, and direct visual
inspection on a daily basis.
• Created both computed radiography and conventional film
techniques.
JULY 2011
I accepted a position at an inspection company which involves traveling to
different aerospace companies as a contract inspector.
• Film interpretation on many different types of castings and materials. Ranging
from airfoils to large fan frames.
• Also assist Level 1 techs if needed.
