pulse echo.
• Eddy Current: surface scanning, conductivity testing, and bolt hole
scanning.
• Florescent Penetrant inspections methods.
• Florescent Magnetic Particle inspections methods.
• Radiography using Manual and Digital film developing techniques.
• Radiography for Weld Certification.
• Supervisory: Floor Supervisor, tool and equipment custodian, supervising 8
personnel.

Relevant Work Experience:
Nondestructive Inspection Technician, United States Air Force, Holloman
AFB, NM, May 2010 to Dec 2013. Tyndall AFB, FL Dec 2013 to Present
Determine test methods, prepare fluids and parts of multiple airframes and
equipment for nondestructive inspection. Interpret nondestructive inspection
test results, and provide defect information for repair. Analyze wear metal
content on engine lubricating oil and other fluids, and recommend corrective
action. Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations. Compute and
monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor
personnel exposure data. Maintain supply levels for facility. Train and
document personnel on Hazcom/OSHA standards and Safety requirements
of the jobs they will perform

Aircraft worked on: T-38, F-15, F-16, F-22, F-4, and hundreds of different
support equipment

Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems.
Detect cracks, corrosion, thickness, delamination's, voids, processing
defects, and heat damage using penetrant, eddy current, magnetic particle,
radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment. Determine metallurgical
information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and
associated factors.

Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment. Perform operator
maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools. Ensure
lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on
equipment. Perform silver recovery functions. Maintain HAZMAT
documentation. Handle and dispose of hazardous waste and materials
according to OSHA and AFOSHA regulations. Maintain all technical order
books/manuals. Train and supervise subordinate personnel.
Comments
After 6 years of Active Duty my enlistment is coming to an end in early
November. I am looking to transition into civilian NDT. Please feel free to
