Working as a Inspection Engineer for Saudi Aramco at Mcdermott fabrication yard, Jeblali, Dubai.
Major Projects- -Fabrication and Installation of Offshore Fixed Platforms ¨CSafaniya, Marjan, Abusafah, Manifa and Karan 45/46 production complex.
Duties and responsibilities:
¡ñEnforce and promote company approved HSE Policy for the project.
¡ñReview of procedures, relevant documents and vendor documents to ensure they complies client specifications, codes and standards prior to site implementation.
¡ñChecking of all materials to be use for fabrication and installation to ensure conformance to specification & review of material test Certificates for all the raw materials purchased.
¡ñImplementation of Project Quality Plan and maintenance of standards procedures.
¡ñWitness Welders Qualification Test and Procedures Qualification Test.
¡ñReview Welders Qualification Test certificates, welders ID and Welding Procedures Specification.
¡ñPerform Surveillance at the field and Shop to verify Work Activities are carried out as per Quality Control Procedures, ITP¡¯s, Method Statements, and Specifications.
