• Managed a complete Quality department consisting of 3 Quality Engineers, 3 NDT Supervisors, 2 Metallurgist, & 1 Destructive Lab Manager.

• Performed Manual UT Shearwave on Spiral Welded pipe following ASTM E213 standard, and API 5L.
• Performed RT following API 5L and API 1104.
• Re-wrote the Emergency and Operating Safety procedure for RT to meet and exceed State requirements.
• Performed safety audits, equipment inventory, TLD badge collections and maintaining of all daily, quarterly, and Bi-yearly records as per State requirements.
• RSO duties included being a liaison for the company and the Mississippi Dept. of Radiological Health.
