2000 – 2002 Plastic Art Products
Responsibilities included programming, setup and operation of A Haas VF-6 with a Fanuc Controller, an Atrump vertical machining center with a Centroid M-400 Controller. Shizoka and a Lagunamatic knee mills with Dynapath controllers, and a sharp manual mill with a Protrotrac A.G.E. 3 contoller. Creating Thermal Forming molds, and cutting dies.

1999 – 2000 Advanced Forming Technologies,
Built degaters, coiners, end effectors and one mold. Setup and ran jobs on a manual Bridgeport mill, a Hardinge tool room lathe, a Handsvelte sinker E.D.M. machine, and an Okomoto surface grinder. Mold cleaning, mold repair and interacting with engineers and supervisors on various projects.

1998 – 1999 DTM Products Inc.
Setup and operated mold making details on a manual Bridgeport Mill, engine lathe. Other responsibilities included mold cleaning, and interaction with engineers.

1997 – 1998 Woodward Governor, Fort Collins, CO
Responsibilities included operating two LeBlond Makino CNC Vertical Mills, a Matsuurra Horizontal CNC Mill, and an Okomoto Surface Grinder. The two Makinos have Fanuc controls with a two-pallet changer and a forty-tool magazine. The Matsuurra also has Fanuc controls with an eleven-pallet changer and a 132-tool magazine. Interacted within a team environment, and fulfilling the duties as the designated Cost representative for the team.

1996 – 1997 Rock N Road Cyclery, Fort Collins, CO
Built new bicycles from various manufactures, performed major and minor
repairs on bicycles, and interacting with customers on the sales floor.

1996 RND Machining, Longmont, CO (Part-time)
Operated CNC machines, changing offsets on CNC machines and doing finish work on semi-automatic rifles. Also operated two CNC lathes, a Mori Seiki SI-25 with a MF-T6 control panel and a Nakamura Tome Precision with a Fanuc control panel, operated a Matsura CNC mill with a Matsura control panel, and a vertical mill and an engine lathe, a programmable production horizontal band saw, a vertical band saw, and a glass bead blaster.

Machining of tubing for bicycle frames, facing and reaming the head tube and bottom bracket tube, and tapping the bottom bracket and rear derailleur hanger.
