Melt Shop Continuous Casting Machine Engineer , Ezz Steel ,Sadat City, Egypt, August 1997- Feb.2001:
-Responsible for operating Continuous Casting Machine of 100 ton/hr Melt Shop DANIELI CO. (Electric Arc Furnace “EAF” {with EBT type, 85 MVA transformer, equipped with MORE CO. modules }& Ladle Furnace “LF” & 5 strands Continuous Casting Machine “CCM” ) ; Man power crew was 15 persons. :
*Follow up continuous casting process parameters & related areas like tundish refractory and mould work shop .
*Teaching four new crews (15 persons per crew ) for advanced technology CCM with av. Casting speed of billets 3.3 m/min.
*Follow up produced billet quality and take any needed actions to prevent defects .
*Optimize CCM performance as max casting time on tundish & max mould life & min consumable materials cost .

Start -up Melt Shop Refractory Engineer , Ezz Steel Rebars Co.
Feb..1998 to Apr.1998:
-Responsible for Installation of Slide gate ”S/G” & porous plug “P.P.” 100 ton molten steel ladle at Al Ezz Melt Shop Start Up ; Man power crew was 12 persons.
*Operation and maintenance of N3S slide gate type & nitrogen P.P. supplied by
VISUVIUS CO. for 5 new 100 ton ladles.
*Teaching four new crews (3 persons per crew ) for operation and maintenance it.
*Follow up and evaluate refractory consumable material performance of S/G ,P.P.
*Make a failure analysis for any metal leakage from S/G ,P.P. .

Assistant Refractory Section Head Ezz Melt Shop
Feb.2001 to Present:
*Responsible for manpower crew was 28 persons.
*Follow up lining activities of 2 (120 ton EAF), 6 (EAF delta roof) ,7 (100 ton ladles), 9 (16 ton tundish) .
*Follow up and evaluate refractory consumable materials for (EAF, Ladles, Tundishs, EAF Delta roof ,S/G, P.P.) .

Design & Production Engineer, Haminz Co.,6th October city , Egypt ,August 1996-August 1997:
* Responsible for CNC programs design of production internal combustion engines Piston Rings for cars.
* Follow up the Piston Rings production & Quality produced .
*Responsible for manpower crew 20 persons.
