5/20/02 – present: CDI Corporation – Assigned as requested by SWPC, to Siemens Westinghouse at OPPD Cass County Project located in Plattsmouth, NE. Erection of two Westinghouse 501FD2 Simple Cycle Gas Turbine Generators. Same duties as project below.

5/1/01 – 5/15/02: CDI Corporation – Assigned, as requested by SWPC, to SIEMENS Westinghouse at AECI-Holden Project located in Holden, MO. as Site Quality Engineer. Erection of three, 100 megawatt each, V84.2 Simple Cycle Gas Turbine Generators. Self performing construction project required performance of Site QE duties and additional daily QC duties, performing weld inspections, scheduling NDE vendor, ECC documentation of construction erection and testing, etc

6/15/00 – 4/6/01: CDI Corporation – Assigned, as requested by SWPC, to SIEMENS Westinghouse at Great River Energy Pleasant Valley Project near Rochester, MN. as Site Quality Engineer. Erection of two 160 megawatt each V84.3A Simple Cycle Gas Turbine Generators. Performed Site QE duties monitoring contractor for compliance to QC Manual, Quality Plans, inspections, testing and adherence to project specifications, etc.

5/01/00 – 5/30/00: Powerplant Maintenance Services Inc. – Assigned as project QC/Welding Inspector during scheduled power boiler overhaul outage at Public Service Company of Oklahoma Northeastern Station Unit-3 in Oologah, OK. Prepared Boiler “R” Stamp documentation for A.I. review and signoff. 1404 welds made, with less than .006% rejection by radiography and no leak hydrostatic pressure test.

11/98 – 4/00: Power Industry Consultants – Assigned to SIEMENS Power Corporation Fossil Division as Site Quality Engineer during Phase II erection of Combined Cycle Power Generation Plant consisting of two V84.3A gas turbines with heat recovery boilers providing steam for an additional steam turbine generator. Located at Bridgeport Harbor Generator Station in Bridgeport, CT. Monitored site contractors for QC Manual compliance, inspection/testing for code and specification compliance. Supervised data and document ECC completion with extended assignment for supervision of detailed completion of construction and closeout of punchlist and warranty activities.

5/97 – 10/98: Western Technologies & Allied Inspection & Testing – Assigned to Parsons Infrastructure and Technologies Group performing daily weld inspections and witness/monitor of contractor during construction of Southern Nevada Water Authorities expansion projects 110-H, 110-M, 110-G, 110-L, 070A and 120-BR.

4/97 – 5/97: So. California Edison – Assigned to Mohave Generation Station as QA/QC Welding Inspector during spring boiler overhaul outage of Unit-2.

10/96 – 4/97: TAD Technical Services – Assigned as requested by Salt River Project to Navajo Generating Station in Page, Arizona as Boiler and Power Block QA/QC Coordinator during overhaul outages of Units 1, 2 and 3. Performed pre-outage preparation of work packages and 100% visual weld inspections of fuel oil lines replacement prior to outage.

4/96 – 6/96: Irwin Industries – Assigned to Jim Bridger Generating Station Units-1 & 3 boiler overhauls as QC/CWI Inspector during replacement of Lower Rear Waterwall, Steam Cooled Floor, Screen Tubes, R/H Crossovers, Division Panels and other boiler repairs. Prepared “R” Stamp quality documentation for corporate and A.I. review and signoff.

2/96 – 4/96 & 6/96 – 9/96: American Stores – Provided CWI services and technical NDE support during construction of their new25 story corporate headquarters located in downtown Salt Lake City, UT.

10/95 – 2/96: Western Technologies – Assigned to Salt River Projects Navajo Generating Station Scrubber Project in Page, Arizona, providing QC inspections to various site contractors.

7/95 – 10/95: Reinhart and Associates – Assigned to Turkey Point and Port St. Lucie Nuclear Generating Stations as shift lead for Turbine steam path inspections during scheduled outages

11/94 – 4/95: Pace Power Constructors Inc. – Assigned to So. California Edison’s Los Alimitos Generating Station Unit-3 major boiler overhaul as Lead QC Inspector and Welding Supervisor. Assigned applicable WPS’s and welders, performed weld inspections, verify base materials, drawing details, etc. Prepared “R” Stamp QC documentation for A.I. review and signoff. Less than .03% weld rejection by radiography and no leak hydrostatic pressure test.

8/94 – 10/94: Virginia Corp. of Virginia – Assigned to Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station at Forked River, NJ performing inspections for balance of plant, dry-well and fuel loading deck, during refueling outage.

12/93 – 5/94: TAD Technical Services – Assigned as requested by client to Salt River Projects Navajo Generating Station in Page, Arizona as QC Coordinator for boiler and power block during overhaul outages. Assigned CWI’s and NDE Technicians daily work, provide technical support to site engineers, with two month pre-outage work preparing work packages and welder qualifications.

5/93 – 11/93: Mobile Inspection Services – Assigned to San Onofre Generating Station Units-2 & 3 for Feed Water, Gen. Feed Rings, etc. inspections during refueling outage.

1/93 – 5/93: TAD Technical Services – Assigned as requested by client to Salt River Projects Navajo Generating Station as QA/QC Coordinator during boiler and power block outage, coordinating NDE and CWI personnel and assignments.

8/92 – 12/92: National Engineering Resources – Assigned to Braun Intertech at Prairie Island Generator Station at Welch, MN. monitored welding and performed weld inspections at bleed steam piping replacement and M.S.R. modifications and document review of NDE inspections prior to acceptance.

11/91 – 5/92: Mobile Inspection Services – Assigned to SRP Navajo Generating Station as Vendor Lead to provide NDE and CWI services during boiler outages, interface with client, assign CWI’s and NDE technicians, etc.

12/81 – 10/91: Mobile Inspection Services in Farmington, NM – NDE training, experience and certification in all methods of NDE/Weld Inspection in all types of industries including electrical generation, chemical plants, refineries, mining, fab-shops new construction and overhaul outages.
