7 years of experience in NDT jobs (offshore-onshore).
Since 25 August 2012 I was on permanent rotations in Ghana (Takoradi) and have been involved in biggest projects for companies in Oil and Gas industry (performing NDT jobs) such as Tullow Ghana Ltd, ENI, Total, Kosmos Energy, MODEC, ORSAM Oil and Gas, Technip, FMC Technologies later on TechnipFMC, Belmet 7, Expro, Group Five, Harlequin International, Woolim (Power Plant). From middle of 2014 I got promoted to NDT Supervisor and leader of NDT Department responsible for whole organization. Radiography Level III from 2017.
Techinp FMC – Was in charge for organization, performing (RT and DPI) and film evaluation according to client procedure on Jubilee and TEN - X-mass tree projects.
MODEC – FPSO’s MV21 and MV25 – Performing (VT, DPI, MPI and RT-Digital and profile) supervising, leadership and organization of all documentation, film evaluation and final reporting for various projects on Flare tower, Risers, HP Cooler, Turret.
BELMET 7 - NDT services on GAS MANIFOLD project. Performing, Supervising, Organizing crews on the site for Radiographic testing and evaluation of films according to client procedure on different pipe diameters (3/8”, 2”, 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”). Also doing RPS preparation of site.
ORSAM Oil & Gas - In charge of all documentation, supervising, organization and performing VT, MPI, DPI, UT and RT on various projects for Modec, Tullow, ENI, Goil, Total, etc. such as a Jumpers Jubilee and TEN - 6” and 12” ( Cladded, Super Duplex and Carbon steel ), ENI - OCTP Projects ( PQR, WQT), Goil and GhanaStock Go Depot Tanks, Pipe lines, Refinery (TEMA), several projects for FPSO’s, welder qualifications and many others projects.
Familiar with calibration, testing and maintenances of: PSV’s, Pressure Gauges, Torque Wrenches and Chart Recorders for client’s like Halliburton, Schlumberger, MODEC, TechnipFMC, Expro.
