Seventeen years of combined experience in the construction and maintenance of pipeline, process
facilities, refineries, weld testing labs conducting welder testing and PQR development, pipe/spool
fabrication shops, and structural fabrication shops.
My duties included, reviewing developing and implanting welding procedures, codes, client
specifications, and inspection test plans. I conducted daily visual inspections, In process welding
inspection, NDE requests, weld mapping, bolt mapping, hydro testing, walk downs, punch list
generation, insulation inspection, structural steel inspection, VSM installation sand/slurry, and many
other welding/Mechanical QC duties. I ensured work being done was in compliance to client’s material
and inspection specifications, welding codes, NDE specifications, FBE coating and testing requirements.
Worked as a NDE technician as a level 2 in MT, PT, and RT with film interpretation

Other practical experience includes supervision of direct and sub contract employees. I also have
experience with hands on dimensional verification of engineered drawing, design modification,
submitting drawings of as built turnover, and maintenance.
