Please accept my resume for consideration for any openings that you have with your company.

At present, I am self-employed in the residential construction field. I work mainly in remodeling, working directly with the owner of the house on projects which varies in size depending on the customers desires. I also take jobs as a handyman to fill any gaps between one project to another.

Prior to becoming self-employed, I have gathered related experience and knowledge in the inspection aspect of the petrochemical industries. My background encompasses NDE related practices with Level II certifications in Magnetic Partical (MT), Dye Penetrant (PT), Ultrasonic Thickness (UT-t) and Extensive training in Positive Material Identification (PMI) and Brinnell Hardness. By working as a contract NDE technician I am proficient with the requirements and standards of plants.

I am seeking to get back in the inspection field of the oil and gas industry by becoming a part of a company which leads the way in technology and development. I believe you will find that my attention to detail, my proficiency in the field and in the office, and my focus throughout my work offer further qualification for employment with your company.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Sincerely,
John Gibson
