• Set-up and write Procedures for all departments including Welding Procedure Specifications, Procedure Qualification Records, Welder Qualification Records, Inspections Records, Material Receiving Inspection Records and monitor operations to assure compliance with company and ASME requirements
• Check all fabrication drawings, code calculations, mill test reports, and inspection plans before and during production to assure completeness and accuracy of data
• Complete all forms required for submission to ASME and National Board Registrations
• Responsible for all NDT including visual test of all products after fabrication and prior to hydrostatic testing
• Assure PT, UT, MT, RT and PMI tests are performed as required by customer and ASME requirements
