Mechanical Integrity Team (MIT) 04-05/2018 Fieldwood Energy Sea Robin Gas Plant Erath, LA API 653 for vessel openings/inspections.

Performed 20 year out of service internal and external field inspections of two condensate/oil tanks and piping in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Maintained inspection checklist throughout projects. Responsible for the NDE contract company on site to perform additional testing to provide detailed data for inspection support/recommendations. Wrote final report of inspection findings and recommendations, inserted representative pictures, and turned in all additional pictures taken for equipment file.

Amerapex 10/2017 Lucite Memphis site 10/2017 Turnaround API 653 for turnaround.

Tasked with the internal and external inspection of vessels to meet the most current regulations, codes, and industry standards. Confirm vessels are isolated, clean and safe for entry. Worked with NDE specialists to aid me in my recommendations and reporting. Compile and submit progress and completion reports daily. Worked with site and contractor turnaround management to ensure all tasks were done safely and in a timely manner.

Lockout/Tag Out Owner-fully responsible for ensuring systems are isolated and clear for line breaks, vessel entry, rescue, hot work, turnarounds, electrical/MCC work, equipment removal and installs, as well as all work performed under my permit. As the red tag master-lockout/tag out owner, I can and did exercise the right to shut down any work that was not being done safely or perprocedure.

Emergency Response-20 year’s certified advanced industrial firefighter, Class B Commercial Driver’s License-to driver fire trucks, confined space and high angle rescue, emergency care attendant, team fire chief for 12 years, Haz-Mat Technician 24 hour course, and 12 hours refresher each and every year for the last 19years.
