Experience
•Manage the day to day operations of the shop and provide feedback and updates daily to the Vice President and President.
•Recruit, interview and hire, and train shop technicians and administrative staff. Track employee payroll and time card management
•Ensure each employee was trained and knowledgeable to perform the essential functions of their jobs within a specific training program deadline.
•Implement QIP-Quality Improvement Programs
•Implement Safety in the workplace by holding daily, weekly and monthly meetings
•Take a weekly inventory for all parts in the shop and order supplies as needed
•Interact with multiple vendors on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to purchase and order and purchase shop tools and equipment.

•Creating and documenting new serial numbers on new parts. Remove old serial numbers off motors to track and identify specified parts and update the documented hours and repairs made to each part.

•Assemble and disassemble straight and directional mud motors with the use of a Taylor made torque machine.
•Non-Destructive Testing- Magnetic particle inspection wet/dry methods. During NDT inspection checked for cracks and any visual damages and documented on inspection reports.

•Insure all NDT and QC equipment was calibrated and kept all calibrations up to date which included: AC yoke, DC coil, UV light meter, gauss meter, profile gauges, micrometers, gagemaker, dial calipers, and the Taylor torque machine.
•Interview, hire, train and educate all level I personnel to prepare for level II. Conduct employee coaching and disciplinary action up to termination as needed.
