Experience
I have spent over 23 years in the industry and have served reputed organizations like: AKER Solutions, PTAS Inspection & Testing Services (Brunei), ISGEC, Godrej & Boyce, L & T Heavy engineering, to name a few, in varied functional areas of Inspection and QA / QC with prime focus on Inspection & NDT of Fabrication, Erection, In service & on stream inspection of piping, Equipments, Vessels, Heavy Structures for both Onshore and Off shore facilities. I worked for the pressure vessel manufacturers, heavy engineering product manufacturers, hydroelectric projects, petrochemical refineries, OCTG Company, Subsea industry, etc.
As a company NDT level III, I can conduct the class room training, on-the-job training & certifications of the NDT & Inspection personnel & take full responsibility of the inspection & NDT. Accountable & responsible for company written practice, Developing/establishing/demonstrating procedure, resolving NCRs, analysis, technical support to the other interfaces, liaising with suppliers & customer for technical support are my responsibilities while I worked with different companies.
I also have experience & capacity to take responsibility as QMS lead auditor to conduct the 1st party audits (on internal process) & 2nd party audits (on supplier/vendor processes). This competency also helps me to conduct the technical & process audits.
Currently, I’m associated with AKER Powergas Subsea Pvt. Ltd, India and have been part of quality surveillance department as NDT Level III. I have got sound working experience of International Codes like API, ASME, BS, and ISO and very well versed in Non-Destructive Testing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control activities, QMS Consulting.
As a professional, I continuously look for enhancing my skills, acquiring knowledge and learning about contemporary business practices. In the same context, I am involved in process improvement & accordingly I have completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training from ASQ.

I am specifically interested in 1 month-1 month rotational job as a priority, but for a better deal & good company prospects, I can also think on the long term assignments as well.
