Review & approve nondestructive test procedures such as (RT, UT, PT and MT).
Review and monitor welding and welder’s rejection rates: welder& performance records in all running projects.
Supervising & reviewing of nondestructive tests such as (RT, UT, PT and MPI) .

Welding material inspection.
Wetness welder qualifications test (WQT).
Visual and fit -up inspection.
Control the welding activities and welder's performance.
Wetness& review the non-distinctive test such as (RT, PT, UT and MPI).
Conduct punch out activities and prepare the punch list.
Review the hydro test package prior to line.
Hydro test.

Position: NDT Supervisor/ Technician (Apr 2005 – Feb 2008).

Main Duties
From April 2005 to Feb 2008 I had work in deferent companies through Sudan Atomic Energy Commission (SAEC) as subcontractor such as: 1.Muhibbah petrochemical Engineering .Co, 2. CCMD JV. Sudan branch Merowe Dam project.
While working with the above companies as third party, the following tasks have been worked:
NDT technician in all method such as (RT mainly, UT, MT, and PT).
NDT supervisor interpretation of RT films, wetness and apply the PT&MT.
Administration duties in (SAEC)NDT department Services Unit.

Graduated from Sudan University of science and technology – college of science Physics department (honor). Certified for CSWIP 3.1 Certified Non Destructive Test NDT level II in RT & UT.Qualified in API 563 & API 570. Ability to handle, manage and coordinate small and large NDT related projects for oil & gas industry . Have very good experience in all mechanical construction work , Welding, NDT all QA/QC practices on oil and gas projects. I have good experience in Project Closeout on oil and gas project such us: Liaise between Project management team and Client with respect to project handing over. Preparation / compilation of Project Closeout documentation as per contract document such as: AS Built Drawings, QC documentation (inspection approvals), Clearance of punch list items, Inspection and test reports / certificates, Suppliers warranty certificates, Commissioning reports. Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong interpersonal, leadership. Experience working on project management consultancy PMC.I am capable of working on my own initiative, as well as being part of a team with strong adherence and appreciation to processes and procedures. I am dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and I have a great sense of awareness of teamwork and ability to perform accurately under fluctuating conditions and work pressures.
