RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Through a combination of university courses and self-teaching I have learned to build websites and to write computer programs. I constructed a website that teaches the basics of pronunciación de español con ejemplos - both written and audio. I also constructed websites for a vegetarian restaurant, a computer repairperson, and a free-lance disc jockey/impressionist/singing instructor. In building these websites, I made use of the basic HTML language, Microsoft FrontPage, Paint Shop Pro, Visual Basic, Perl, Javasript, and digital photos taken with my Panasonic DMC-LC20.
I have used spreadsheets to do statistical analysis and to calculate the amortization loans and annuities. I have also constructed spreadsheets to calculate and display information for income statements, balance sheets, personal finance, cash-flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cost of goods sold. I constructed a database of customer information, of addresses and telephone numbers, and of my baseball card collection.
